Summer Glau was an American actress who is known for her performance as River Tam in Firefly, a critically acclaimed television series. In addition, she portrayed Cameron as Cameron in Terminator. The Sarah Connor Chronicles. Alongside these, she also starred on the series The 4400 The Unit The Cape Arrow Sequestered and Angel Cold Case The Big Bang Theory Chuck and also appearing as a guest on the show Hawaii Five-0. As well as appearing in movies such as Serenity, Knights of Badassdom and Knights of Badassdom, the actress has done TV films as well as short films like Mammoth the Beginning of Sarah Deadly Honeymoon assist with the holiday season Dead End Inside the Box and several more. Selena Quintanilla......................Selena was born April 16 1971 in Corpus Christi Texas . Selena is the eldest child of Marcela Quintanilla. Selena started her musical career at the age of 8 years aged. Her father was the founder of the band. The older brothers of Selena's Abraham junior who played bass guitar and sister Suzette who played drums were also part of the band. Selena also sang. The band was known as Selena Y Los Dino and they would play with her siblings at different events like weddings, bars, fairs and many other places. Selena as well as her siblings and their parents were always busy in the band. The band never had any kind of childhood. Yet Abraham encouraged them to become passionate musicians with his determination. Abraham senior was a member of the first band, called Los Dinos. Selena Y Los Dinos officially was formed in 1981. It was a familial affair as well as the principal source of income for the family. The Quintanilla family were determined to make it happen despite challenging conditions and lack of cash initially. Their perseverance would pay back in the mid 1980's as Selena Y Los Dinos gained notoriety in the west. Selena got the Female Voice Award and the Performer's year award at the Tejano awards in the year 1986. From that point on Selena Y Los Dinos were among the top winners over and over again, and gained the attention and fame. Numerous Spanish programming, such as El Show De Johnny Canales every day in Domingo (Saturday night Gigante) as well as El Show De Johnny Canales every Sunday, were a part of the show.
