Dana Elaine Owens also known as Queen Latifah, is an American artist and rapper. Queen Latifah's work in television and music has been recognized with an Golden Globe award two Screen Actors Guild Awards two Image Awards a Grammy Award six additional Grammy nominations and an Emmy Award nomination and an Academy Award nomination.
