Avery Sunshine

Avery Sunshine is an enigmatic musician, singer and actor. He combines jazz from the soul genre with R&B in a distinct blend. From Broadway to European clubs and festivals, Sunshine has performed everywhere. Sunshine Her real name is Denise White. Although she lives in Atlanta but she is out of Chester Pennsylvania where she began music by performing and playing piano in the church. She went to Spellman College in Atlanta where she started her musical apprenticeship on the city's R&B scene. The Fighting Temptations The single that featured her vocals, Stalk You A House 12, was only released in Japan. It's been remixed numerous times and it is a mainstay of her live show. Additionally, she was a part of The Fighting Temptations soundtrack. In 2005, she was employed to be the main keyboardist for Tyler Perry's stage production Meet the Browns. Jennifer Holliday (a Grammy and Tony Award-winning singer) was approached for the position of director of the choral section of Dreamgirls in Atlanta for the National Black Arts Festival. Sunshine was at the center of attention for all of the country during 4 performances a day during 2008's Democratic National Convention. Sunshine followed up with being requested to sing with the President Barack Obama at his inauguration.
